 Non-Motor Insurance Claims Adjuster

Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated non-motor Claims Adjuster to join our dynamic claims team. The successful candidate will manage and process non-motor insurance claims, ensuring timely and fair settlement in line with company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate, evaluate, and settle non-motor claims (such as home, commercial, travel etc.) promptly and efficiently.
  • Communicate with clients, third parties, brokers, intermediaries and internal departments to gather necessary information and documentation.
  • Negotiate settlements and ensure claims are processed accurately.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports and records of claims.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the claims process.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Possession of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) diploma Dip CII or higher, or other insurance-related qualification at MQF level 5 or higher.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in the English language.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Mature, friendly, and professional conduct.

Preference will be given to applicants with at least two years’ experience in insurance.
