Health Claims Support Executive

We are looking to recruit a Claims Support Executive to join our young and dynamic team in the Health Department.

This role is ideal for someone who is inquisitive, takes initiative, and enjoys meeting people.

• Processing medical claims
• Investigating medical claims
• Liaising with healthcare providers and other healthcare specialists
• Handling enquiries from customers, branches, and intermediaries
• Issuing claim payments

Applicants are to have the following minimum skills and qualifications:

• SEC Level of education at grade 5 or higher
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English. Knowledge of the Maltese language would be an asset
• Team player with the ability to work independently
