We are seeking a full-time Support Engineer to join our friendly IT team. Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to our network of users.
  • Resolve technical issues in person, via phone, email, chat, and remote support.

  • Communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with enthusiasm and energy.

Skills and Qualifications

Applicants are to have the following minimum skills and qualifications:

  • A recognised qualification in IT at MQF level 5 or higher.
  • A creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • The ability to resolve technical issues efficiently across various communication channels.
